What to include

- Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

If content you posted was removed, you may submit a counter-notice via the form below, selecting "Counter-notice" in the reason.
Repeat infringers have their accounts terminated.
