Strictly prohibited: sexual content depicting minors (CSAM), non-consensual imagery (NCII / "revenge porn"), bestiality, necrophilia, violent or non-consensual acts, content promoting human trafficking, incest between real relatives, illegal drug use.
Violations result in immediate account termination, content removal, permanent ban, and reporting to law enforcement / NCMEC where applicable.
Creators must complete 2257 age-verification records for every performer depicted. Creators must have the rights and consent to all content they upload.

Subscriptions, tips, and PPV purchases are processed by CCBill and are non-refundable except as required by law. Chargebacks may result in account termination.
You retain copyright in content you upload. You grant InnerCircleX a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host and deliver your content to authorized viewers.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP with or without notice.
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, InnerCircleX disclaims all warranties and limits liability to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
Governed by Delaware law. Disputes: binding arbitration per JAMS rules.
