Creators earn 90% of gross revenue from subscriptions, tips, and PPV, after third-party processor fees (CCBill takes ~7.5% + $0.55 per transaction). InnerCircleX retains 10% platform fee. During your first 60 days on the platform, the platform fee is 0% (100% gross minus processor fees is yours).
Payouts are issued by InnerCircleX weekly to your registered payout profile (Paxum, bank wire, ACH, or crypto), subject to a $50 minimum threshold. You are responsible for your own taxes.
You must (a) be 18+, (b) verify 18+ age of every performer in your content (2257 records), (c) own or have licensed all rights to content you upload, (d) comply with our AUP.
You retain copyright. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, distribute, watermark, and deliver your content to authorized viewers for the duration of your account.
Non-exclusive. You may use other platforms.
You may terminate any time by deleting your account. We may terminate for AUP violations, chargeback abuse, or legal reasons.
You indemnify InnerCircleX against claims arising from your content or violations of this agreement.
